PADI Advanced OW Diver Course
Want
to take your diving education further?
PADI's Advanced Open Water Diver program fine tunes your dive skills
and allows you to explore some of diving's top adventures.
The course is not designed to make you an expert, but rather to give
you a taste of what more specialised diving has to offer and to help
make your diving more fun.
Increase your safety by learning natural and compass navigation,
experience the wonder of night diving, as well as the thrill and effects
of deep diving.
These speciality activities are all covered in the PADI Advanced course
and will increase your proficiency and ability as a diver.
The
course emphasises the practical training and fun of learning while
still under the supervision of your
PADI Instructor.
Upon completion of the course you will be awarded the PADI Advanced
Open Water Diver Certification card.
This rating represents a higher level of scuba knowledge and is the
next step in the PADI continuing education program.
The Advanced Open Water Diver program has something for everyone.

Prior to your Advanced Open Water Dives, you will need to have a diving
medical.
If you're 15 or older, and a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent,
then you're ready for the Advanced Open Water Diver program.
Or, if you're a PADI Junior Open Water Diver or equivalent and between
the ages of 12-14, there's the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver
program.
