Medical Certificate for Diving

For the "Discover SCUBA" and "Discover SCUBA Diving" courses a medical certificate from the doctor is not required.

A medical certificate is required from the "Open Water Diver" course and upwards.

A medical certificate is available from the doctor here at Club La Santa at a cost of 60 Euros.

The docter´s consultations are every day between 16.00h to 18.00h.

It is also possible to obtain this certificate from your own doctor in advance of your visit.

In this case please open and print the medical form that needs to be completed. (only page 1 & 2 )
